
So far, Norman Jewison's films have received 45 Academy Award nominations and won 12 of the trophies as well as the lifetime achievement award. Now, though he has "made it south of the border," he has come home to help shape and direct the future of Canada's film industry through the founding of the Canadian Film Centre. Life & Times joined Jewison as he travelled across Canada by train on his way to the Vancouver International Film Festival.
