You will be given access to your video download within one (1) business day.

Please check www.cbclearning.ca for updates on the next business day, as follows:

1. Login.
2. Go to the My Digital Products page (using the link in the top right corner).
3. Under the heading My Digital Downloads, you'll find your list of downloads.
4. Right-click on the appropriate format and select Save Link As (or Save Target As).

On return visits to the site, you will need to login again to access the My Digital Products page.

Download Formats:
Downloads purchased from us are available in three possible formats: WMV, MP4 and ISO.

Posting downloads:
You can post downloads to your institution’s password-protected intranet or portal only. Files purchased from us cannot be posted to your institution’s public website, YouTube or any website accessible to the public.
