Ordering & Payments

How do I place an order?

  1. Browse and search for the items you'd like to order and add them to your cart as you go.
  2. When you're ready to purchase, please go to your shopping cart and fill in your address information to estimate tax and shipping rates. You can also redeem a coupon here.
  3. Click "Proceed to Checkout".
  4. Login to your account. If you don't have an account, you can create a new one, or you just sign in as a guest.
  5. Enter or confirm your Billing and Shipping information.
  6. On the "Payment" page, select a payment option.
  7. When you're ready to complete your order, click the "Place Your Order" button. You'll be taken to a page with the message, "Thank You - We've Received Your Order". This confirms that we will begin processing your order shortly.

Can I order by phone?

Ordering online is safe, however, we do understand that not everyone is comfortable with this method of shopping. We'll gladly accept your order by phone. Call toll-free to talk to our customer service representatives at 1-866-999-3072.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Visa, MasterCard and American Express
  • Or you can use our Invoice option, preferably with an institutional purchase order. If we've done business with you in the past, we're willing to invoice you without a purchase order. But if you're not sure, give us a call at 1-866-999-3072.

Coupons Codes & Promotional Offers

Many promotional offers or coupons will be automatically applied during the checkout, but some require you to enter a promotion or a coupon code at checkout. If you have a valid promotion or coupon code, simply enter it when prompted during the checkout process and it will be applied to your order. If the code does not work, it may have been entered incorrectly, or it may have expired. Some promotion or coupon codes cannot be combined with other promotion or coupon codes. Please refer to the specific promotion for any restrictions.

How do I view my orders?

Simply login to My Account to view your current and past orders.

If I'm with a School Board, can I purchase programs for just one of our schools?

Yes, we often receive orders from School Boards purchasing programs for use at just one school. In this case, you'll need to select K-12 School as the type of organization when you create the account.
