Shipping and Handling Rates
On this website, we accept orders from Canadian schools and organizations only, so our rates are based on shipping within Canada. We ship by courier so that all packages can be traced. Shipping and handling fees are added to all orders.
Two shipping options are available:

REGULAR Shipped via ground courier $15 for first program (+ $2 for each additional program) |
RUSH Shipped via overnight courier $30 for first program (+ $3 for each additional program) |

Replacement Copies and Returns
We guarantee all our programs, in any format, will be free from defects at the time of delivery. We will replace, without charge, any defective format returned within 30 days.
If you find a program is unsuitable to your needs, you can return it for full credit within 30 days of receipt as long as the packaging is in unmarked, resaleable condition. Materials must be returned prepaid with a copy of the original invoice.
If the program you purchased becomes lost or damaged during normal use, a replacement copy may be purchased for 50% off the current list price of the program.
