CBC Learning guarantees all formats will be free from defects at the time of delivery. Exchange or credit within 30 days of shipment. Some conditions apply.

Materials must be returned in unmarked, resaleable condition, prepaid with a copy of the original invoice.

REPLACEMENT COPIES

If a DVD becomes damaged during normal use, a replacement copy may be purchased for 50% off the current list price of the program.
