This sequel to the documentary Changing Ground profiles the journey of members of the Maisin tribe of Papua New Guinea to B.C, where they visit the Stó:lo Nation. Both films reveal the moral, political and spiritual sophistication of the two communities, qualities lacking in Western society. The Maisin see in the Stó:lo a people who have risen above their losses, emerging with a wisdom and vision they are sharing with other indigenous communities. The Stó:lo are in a position to move into the future as leaders of the indigenous movement.
